Mike is a professional recruiter and Human Resources consultant. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and was hired to head up a recruitment effort for Unysis in California. After helping the computer company expand from 400 to 1600 employees in three years (without using employment services), he became a consultant specializing in offering his clients alternatives to traditional recruitment options such as recruiters and newspaper ads. He moved to Michigan in 1986 and is presently an active member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Managers) and a board member of the local chapter.

Over the past 25+ years, Mike Harvey has successfully filled positions at all levels within most disciplines and industries.
