Services

Most "traditional" recruiters work on a contingency basis, charging a fee of between 20% and 30% of the employee's starting salary - on average between $12,000 and $18,000.

Working 15 to 20 hours per week, with most searches being completed within 3 - 5 weeks, Mike's proven process fee averages approximately $6,500 - a significant savings for employers.

In addition to the monetary savings, ALL candidates generated 'belong' to the company - meaning the company could conceivably hire 2 - 3 candidates from the group presented for the same price.

HOURLY

PER PROJECT

On an hourly basis, candidate searches include a detailed weekly report outlining time spent and results realized. Often times, clients provide several similar searches that generate referrals for multiple positions - offering not only highly-qualified candidates, but also the time and expense savings that human resource professionals seek.

Employment recruitment projects often have a budget of approximately $10,000. Using proven networking tools and strategies, working on average 100 hours, Mike is frequently able to meet the client's needs under their projected budget. Client's pay an up front fee to begin the project, with the remainder paid at the conclusion of the candidate search.
